You, are referred to as the 'Person', taking part in the tour. Please take the time to understand the following T&Cs. Wild Adventures Pty Ltd has utilised the following common information, educative literature, working for other similar businesses, legal advice and years of living and working on country in developing these T&Cs. We are connected to place and our tours immerse you in the environment (natural, social, cultural & economic). Wild Adventures has produced these T&Cs to keep you safe and happy. You, as the Person must acknowledge understanding these tour requirements when you book with Wild Adventures. As such you will help us help you.

1. Agreement

These terms & conditions apply to bookings Person makes with Wild Adventures Pty Ltd whether over the phone, by email, as well as online bookings Person makes on our website or on our related sites (including travel agents and partners) offering our products. We will rely on the authority of the people making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking and that Person will bind all such participants to Wild Adventures Pty Ltd booking process.

2. Payment

Person is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% AUD per person per trip for the booking to be confirmed. Payment of the 90% balance owed for Persons tour is due 7 days prior to the tour start date. If Persons booking is made within 7 days of the departure date, then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

3. Tour Changes

For operational or other reasons beyond our control, we may need to operate substitute vehicles or change activities on tours. Person will be notified of any changes.

4. Fess and Surcharges

Our trip prices are subject to variable and seasonal pricing, of which is standard practice within the tourism industry. Tour prices may vary at any time in accordance with economic balance. It is unlikely that different Persons on the same trip have been charged different prices however it is possible. Any reduced pricing or discounts that may become available after Person has paid a deposit will not apply.

5. Cancellation by you, the Person

Persons may cancel some or all portions of the booking. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation.
You, the Person making the booking on behalf of each Person, are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% AUD at the time of booking.
If you, the Person, cancel a tour before final payment:(a) We will hold the deposit amount as a credit for one year from the time of the booking to be used when booking a new tour with Wild Adventures.(b) If after one year the credit amount is not used to book a new tour with Wild Adventures, the non refundable 10% deposit is kept by Wild Adventures and donated to a charitable organisation or program of our choice.
If you, the Person, cancel the tour after final payment; 50% refund is returned to the Person.50% retained by Wild Adventures for unrecoverable costs due to cancellation.
Person is strongly advised to take out insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you fail to join a tour without reason, join it after the departure time, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be provided. The above cancellation fees may be in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation providers, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator fees.

6. Cancellation by us, Wild Adventures, the tour company

Wild Adventures may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if it not viable to operate the planned itinerary. (a) If we cancel your trip due to reasons other than a force majeure event you will receive a full refund. (b)If we cancel your trip due to a force majeure event you will receive 100% credit to use for a future trip or a refund, less unrecoverable costs.

7. Booking amendments

If Person wishes to transfer from one trip to another you must notify us at least 14 days prior to the proposed departure date. Transfers to another departure can only be made to a departure within a period of one year from the initial booking date. No amendments are permitted to your booking within 14 days of departure.

8. Credit vouchers

Guests who hold a credit voucher must contact our office to secure their preferred date of travel, which is subject to availability. Credit vouchers are not a ticket to travel until a date of travel has been secured with our bookings team and a confirmation has been issued. Once a date of travel has been secured, the booking will then be subject to our regular terms & conditions. Any credit voucher which is not used before it’s given expiry date will be forfeited without refund. Credit vouchers are valid for 12 months, unless otherwise stated.

9. Information from you

Person must advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking and when you confirm your tour. This allows us to cater for all participants safely and with good healthy delisciousness. Any requirement to bring prams, strollers, wheelchairs, boards, excess luggage, or bulky items on the tour must be raised with the booking team in advance of the tour. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to accommodate your requirements on the day of your tour. Personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy as provided at the time of booking and available on our website.

10. Inclusions

The land price of Persons tour includes: • All accommodation as provided by usAll delicious healthy tasty meals.• All transport on our awesome bus• Sightseeing• The services of a tour guide

11. Exclusions

The price of Persons tour does not include: • International or domestic flights• Airport transfers, taxes and excess baggage charges• Meals other than those offered• Visa and passport fees• Insurance • Optional activities and all personal expenses.

12. Age & Health requirements

Minimum Age: For the majority of our trips the minimum age is 5 years of age at the time of travel. All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or in lieu of a legal guardian, by an escort over the age of 18, appointed by their legal guardian. The legal guardian or their designee will be responsible for the tour participant under the age of 18 for their day to day care. If a legal guardian elects to designate an escort in their lieu, they will be required to complete and sign a relevant document, to delegate their authority. Please note we cannot guarantee triple, double or adjoining rooms, double swags or shared tents for families (but will do our best to accommodate well). Maximum Age: For the majority of our trips we have no upper age limit though we remind Person that our trips can be physically demanding and you must ensure suitable personal fitness to allow participation. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain proper and detailed medical advice prior to travel.

13. Fit for travel

Our staff and passengers’ safety are paramount. Are you sick? In this case, we will transfer your booking to a date in the future and hold the money paid on file as a credit.

14. Insurance

Insurance is compulsory for all our participants and should be taken out prior to or at the time of booking. Your insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency compensation with a recommended minimum coverage of US$200,000 for each of the categories of cover. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must provide your travel insurance policy number and the insurance company’s 24 hour emergency contact number during the online check in; you will not be able to join the trip without these details. If you have travel insurance connected to your credit card or bank account please ensure you have details of the participating insurer, the insurance policy number and emergency contact number with you rather than the bank’s name and credit card details.

15. Authority on tour

Wild Adventures has right to refuse a person whose behaviour is detrimental to the enjoyment of the tour. By travelling with WA, person agrees to accept the authority of the guide and accept their decisions. People are entitled to a safe working environment and our participants to a safe and great holiday. Any threats to safety, being physical, verbal, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the trip. If a guide requires a passenger to leave the tour. No refunds will be given and that passenger, they will be responsible for their own travel costs and arrangements from that point.

16. Acceptance of risk

Person acknowledges that the nature of the trip is adventurous and participation involves a degree of personal and physical risk. You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made in light of consideration of this information and you accept that you are aware of the personal and physical risks attendant upon such travel or will seek to clarify with Wild Adventures if there is any lack of understanding.

17. Optional activities

Optional activities not included in the trip price do not form part of the trip or these terms & conditions. Person accepts that any assistance given by your tour guide or local representative in arranging optional activities does not render Wild Adventures liable for them in any way. The contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the activity provider.

18. Claims & complaints

FILL OUT OUR CONFIDENTIAL FEEDBACK FORMIf Person has a complaint about the tour please inform your tour guide or our local representative at the time and Wild Adventures will attempt to rectify the matter immediately. If satisfaction is not reached through these means, then any further complaint should be put in writing to us within 30 days of the end of the tour to produce a suitable outcome.

19. Feedback

20. Severability

In the event that any term or condition contained herein is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from a participants booking on the tour or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining terms and conditions to survive and continue as binding.

21. Photos and marketing

You consent to us using images of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes

22. Privacy policy

Persons details will be safely and securely kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy (provided on booking, available on our website).

23. Applicable law

The laws of Western Australia govern these Terms & Conditions to the fullest extent allowable. Any disputes in connection with a tour or these Terms & Conditions must be initiated in the courts of Western Australia.

24. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time as updated on this website. Before providing us with personal information, please check these Terms & Conditions on our website for any changes.
